_{^{This is my 14th year teaching. I have previously taught fifth grade, pre-k, second grade, and special education. This is my fifth year teaching first grade.  I feel that my history allows me to understand where the students start and where they will go in their education. I look forward to this amazing school year with you and your child! It is my mission to prepare students for success at the next level of education and in life. I am passionate about teaching and learning. I received my specialist degree in reading in 2021. I share my love of reading with my students by helping them see the magic every book holds.
